The driver shall inform the passenger of that there will be a charge of $.50 to go get change at the end of the trip if the passenger says nothing and presents a large bill at the end. If the passenger states that change will be required, the driver shall stop en route and provide an opportunity to change the bill in question. No charge for the stop is permitted. A Commission approved sign that is displayed within the passengers view, stating that the operator can only change a designated bill, may be considered as notice to the passenger of the operators limitation on making change.
