Can a donor pick a specific entrepreneur to support, or a particular MFI or country to support?

PEER Servants limits MFI Partners to one per country, so it is possible to specify that donations go for loan capital or operating expenses or “where most needed” in a particular country/MFI Partner. It is not possible to support specific entrepreneurs, because the choice of which entrepreneur will receive funding is up to the MFI, not PEER Servants.
