Can a donor give stock as a donation?
Yes. The Komen Global Race for the Cure accepts donations of stock. Stock donations must be $500 or more in fair market value and publicly traded. For donations of stock with an active market, the fair market value is the average price between highest and lowest selling price on the valuation date.
