What you’re asking for is possible, but the circuit has not been wired to do what you want and you would have to call an electrician, I am an electrician by trade, if you want to tackle the job yourself feel free to private message me and I will give you detailed wiring instructions, you could put in a single device that would have a switch for the fan and a switch for the light, it is possible that they make a combination dimmer switch plus a fan switch, that would be a specialty item and would probably have to be ordered even at an electrical supply house, then again they might have it in stock, more commonly available would be a single device with two Rocker switches one above the other one would be for the light and one would be for the fan but at this point you do not have two separate switch legs one for the light and one for the fan going to each separately so additional wire would have to be pulled if you have conduit in the wall or a three wire cable would have to be fished do
