All validation testing has been conducted on the left arm. If you have a medical condition that will require you to use your right arm, we recommend you compare the reading with your physician. When using the right arm, the cuff needs to be applied with the tubing going down the back of the arm. There are no validation studies to support this practice and accuracy.
