Sure will but keep this in mind, if your’e trying to charge a battery with it, as soon as you stop applying rotation to the motor, the battery is going to start the motor running Unless you have some sort of charging circuit. A better Idea would be rebuild the scooter and ride it around. If you want a generator, head to a junkyard and get an internally regulated alternator.
