Page Plus Cellular needs the following information to port a number in as efficiently as possible: · Your name. · A number where we can reach you. · An ESN to activate with the ported number. · The number to port. · The previous carrier (which company the number is being ported from.) · The customer’s account number with the previous carrier. · The customer’s passcode or password for their account with the previous carrier. · The customer’s social security number. · The customer’s full name: · The customer’s billing address, including city, state and ZIP+4.
