At ICU we like to say we are always open. You can contact the US office from 8:00 am until 8:00 p.m. and you can contact the Xiamen office from 8:00 p.m. (east coast time) until 8:00 a.m. If you have a question you absolutely need answered please feel free to contact Vicky and her staff in the Xiamen office.
