Can a customer be charged for repairs when there was “No Problem Found”?

At Intermec’s option, a customer may be charged for the labor expended during an inspection of a device, even if the result of the inspection is “No Problem Found”. Also at Intermec’s option, the customer may be billed for return shipping of NPF devices.
