Can a custom item be returned?
Custom products (calling cards, correspondence, pencils and invitations) are not returnable. Personalized Stationery Details All personalized stationery orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed. Please note that colors on screen may vary from actual products. Once the proof is submitted for approval, custom stationery orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
