Can a current static IP address transfer from a current ISP?

No, it is not possible to bring your static IP address with you; however, you can order a static IP when you order our broadband. Once a static IP has been ordered it is configured for your broadband account. It then becomes available automatically upon activation of your account. The details to activate your account will be provided in your welcome letter. To order a static IP go to the Your Account section.
