A. According to BSA publication #34169 Leadership Training Committee Guide: Plans, Procedures, Materials: Tenure used to earn one key or award cannot be used earn another key or award. The only exception to this is in the case of the Boy Scout Leader Training Award, which can be earned in conjunction with the Scoutmaster’s Key.
