YES! A cub scout and their parent does not need to be with their pack to come to Cub World. Coming to Cub World as a pack can be a lot of fun as boys and adults get to be with their friends. But coming to Cub World as an individual is fun too, as you make new friends in your area and in the camp. The program is staff-driven, so it really does not matter.
