Can a course that is not necessarily in an academic program be reimbursable under ER for Reg Force?
No. The primary intent of the program is that courses lead to a degree, diploma or certificate at a university, college or other accredited institutions. There may, however, be cases where a course may not lead to a degree, diploma or certificate but rather leads to a professional designation. For all such courses, full substantiation must be provided in the ILP.
