Response Hello, thank you for your question. A condom can fall off into a woman’s vagina especially if her vagina is really dry or really moist. Once it falls off in her vagina she should not have any trouble pulling it out. If it falls off inside of her and you guys cannot find it, I suggest that she make an appointment to visit her doctor as soon as possible.
