Can a computer virus attach itself to an email after it is sent but before it is received?
Yes a virus can be attached through an email. The reason being by convention, electric field lines are drawn so that the elctric field vector E, is tangent to the lines at each point. Further, the numbe of lines per unit area through a surface perpendicular to the lines is proportional to the strength of the electic field in a given region.
