Customers can have two VSAT terminals, however with Broadband Technologies Service we expect that most problems will be caused locally to the end user. We therefore do not suggest having an additional satellite line for redundancy/ uptime. What do you mean by ‘line of sight’ required for the installation? The satellite dish must have an unobstructed view of the satellite in order to work. This means that no buildings, trees or other permanent obstruction should block the path between your dish and the satellite.
