Can a colleague use someone else s Corporate Purchasing Card?
No. The Corporate Purchasing Card is non-transferable. Only the Cardmember is authorised to incur charges; however, the Cardmember may make purchases for any employee in his/her cost centre, depending on your corporate policy. The employee requesting to use another s Card should review the guidelines for obtaining a Corporate Purchasing Card to see if they may obtain their own Card.
