Can a co-author refuse to submit his or her document via TeLearn ?
A co-author may refuse to submit a document to TeLearn, even if submitting does go against that person’s best interest. You may want to discuss this point with your co-authors even before you write the article together. Note however that publication rules vary according to the organization. If one of your co-authors comes from another organization, you must apply that organization’s rules.
