Can a co-author refuse to submit his or her document via HAL-KALEIDOSCOPE ?
A person may indeed refuse to submit to HAL-KALEIDOSCOPE a document he or she co-authored, even if it is not in the person’s interest to do so. You may want to discuss this point with your co-authors even before you write the article together. Note however that publication rules vary according to the organization. If one of your co-authors comes from another organization, you must apply that organization’s rules.
