No, to deliver additional course from the professional level you will need to be a Cisco Learning Partner Associate A and have satisfied the curriculum requirements either through option 1 or 2, then they can deliver any authorized Cisco courseware. However an associate partner may collaborate and contract with another Learning Partner who is authorized to deliver this training.
