Getting chiropractic adjustments can sometimes cause pain and inflamation in the area where you were adjusted, my best advice is to call the chiropractor and let them know what is happening, they can probably give you some hot/cold packs to help get rid of the soreness. Also, ask him/her about your meds and even your pharmacist to find out any possible side affects they might have on you.
