The Bureau has developed a web-based data entry system for carriers and third party administrators for electronically reporting reemployment services to the Department of Education. The forms reporting database can be accessed via the internet at http://wc-returntowork-vr.doe.state.fl.us/rehabforms/ or the BRRS home page.
