Yes, you can. You have two options that I know of, but you should really do your own research into this before you make any concrete decisions. You can join the British military and, after your initial enlistment period, transfer to the Australian army. Im not exactly sure how this is done but I do have a few friends who have done it. Your other option is to move to Australia and gain residency and apply for the army. To join up you only have to be a resident, not a citizen. Its generally easier for British people to get residency in Australia than people from other countries, but its still not super easy. Also, it is very difficult to get in to the army at the moment, its basically full. Even when they were having a high intake only about 8 or 9 out of 10 people that apply for the army actually are accepted, and a fair few of those request to leave the army while still in training.
