I very seldom have someone come directly to me to produce the entire ensemble. The stationers have the ready access to the lovely papers, embellishments, and printers, and that makes it much easier to work in this manner. What about if a couple just wants envelopes? Envelopes, on the other hand, are generally done through referrals, so this is where I get to meet the bride—and, as is happening more and more, the groom—if they are a local couple.
