Can a board establish additional requirements for the appraisal for new teachers?
A board may establish additional requirements for the performance appraisal process for new teachers it employs, as long as those additional requirements are not in conflict with the requirements of the performance appraisal process for new teachers set out in the Education Act, Ontario Regulation 99/02 and Ontario Regulation 266/06.
