Can a biomedical engineer study mbbs?
yes, give the necessary entrance exams for mbbs and join and mbbs degree course. a bit curious, why, after doing 4 years of extensive engineering degree, do you again want to do a degree for 4-5 years (mbbs), when you can easily do your masters (m.tech or mba) or other masters course and get into engineering or management field? its better to give a good thought, because at the end of 4 years in mbbs, you think the field is not what you want or what you thought, it will be a huge gap, and you would be in no position to go back to engineering or continue medicine…… if you were doing engineering, and after a year or two, if you would have decided, it make sense, but you have scored good percentage in your engineering degree and now a good masters degree of either m.tech or mba will place you in a good reputed companies……biotech sector is booming nowadays, and m.tech in biotech or mba (regular) with a job in biotech company would be a good option…. well, the choice is yours, tho
