Can a betta fish, guppy and gourami live in a fish bowl together?
They’ll only live in a bowl together if they’re dead. Bettas really need proper filtered tanks, heated to around 78-80F, and at least 5 US gallons. Guppies are very fragile fish and need mature tanks, ideally over 15 US gallons, and heated to around 76F. Gouramis, there are dozens of species of Gourami getting anything from 1″ to over 24″! All have varying degrees of territory needs, which means Gouramis and Bettas often fight, and the Gourami usually wins. Even the smallest species of Gourami, such as the Honey Gourami, needs at least 10-15 US gallons. Basically, nothing can live in an unfiltered fish bowl. Filters are NOT optional equipment! If you don’t want to keep fish properly, then these aren’t the pets for you.
