A seized tie rod could cause a pull but this is fairly rare. Pulling is not a normal symptom of a worn tie rod. Wear causes slack which effects toe and will wear tires and produce slack in the steering. For more information, please see our Detailed Topic, Properly Checking Tie Rod Ends.
