Can a airless paint sprayer ever give as good as result as roller?
I have always liked using a sprayer more than rolling, but that is just a personal preference. It sounds like you may need to buy a higher quality paint, but the downside to that is that it will be thicker, so you will more than likely have to thin it down. Latex paint can be thinned down with water (I always use bottled water for cleanliness). You do not have to use much so pour a little, mix it, repeat until you get the right consistency. I do not know about your sprayer or how well it works with latex, could be the sprayer. Good luck!
