Hi, it is advised to wait until your child is at least 9 mth before starting with cheese etc! But i spoke to my childs health visitor when he was around the same age as i was stuck on what to feed him, he never took to the formula milk so as soon as he was old enough i weaned him off it with health visitors permission.. I used to give my son cheese spread like dairylea on bread, i never got told off for this, i also used to give him yoghurts and things too… if your chold had been on solids for a while and had no reactions then i cant see there being a problem with chhese spread, unless you or their father is allergic etc..
