Yes. Florida Together Federation is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status. As such, Florida Together Federation will not engage in any lobbying, whether direct or indirect (grassroots lobbying), or partisan or other electoral activity. Florida Together Federation will hold a workshop for 501(c)(3) organizations to provide important information about what is and is not permissible for a 501(c)(3) group.
