I want to swap out the old Ex engine for a 2010 Ex engine. A: can it be swapped out, yes anything is possible with alot of money…. what your best off to do is replace your old 97 civic ex motor with the same, it would cost alot more to swap a 2010 civic motor in your civic and in my opinion its a waste of time and money.
