Calling all Subaru Legacy 2.5i Owners?
Hi all, I am thinking of buying a 2008-9 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited, but want to find out what the owners think of it. I want to find out the reliablity, real life gas mileage (city and hwy) and maintenance cost. I am not planning to do any mods or any kind of tricking out. Just want a good, reliable, everyday commuter car that will drive me 70 – 75 miles everyday on the backroads of Maryland. Thank you all in advance. A: HI, i own a 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5i, it has had NO problems, and it has 97,000miles! i had the brakes done at 93,000 for the first time as well. Believe it or not, i easily get 32mpg on the highway,25 in the city, even though its rated at 26. It goes through 3 feet of snow with no problems Honestly, im on my 4th Subaru, and i cant understand why everyone doesn’t drive these cars, they are reliable, safe, affordable, fuel efficient, and great cars. Buy it, or else you’ll regret it come winter.
