I think I was personally born with it. I was introduced to fashion when I was really young. My grandmother was a model and I used to do quite a bit of modeling too. I think my style improved by experience though. If you’re interested in fashion then you were born with it. Go into stores and look at different paterns, textures and colours and see what looks nice. I mean, a plain white shirt will always look nice with jeans but there’s floral patterns, plaid, different colours to experiment with. Just have fun! For a new wardrobe, buy versatile pieces that you can make more than one outfit with. Buy a few casual outfits, dressy ones and professional ones. Leggings, stockings (tights), day dresses, cardigans, long flowy tunics. A cocktail dress and tights (play around with accessories and shoes and you could make an entirely different outfit with one cocktail dress).
