You can do most of your banking over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by using our Account Information Line. It’s an easy, secure way to manage your accounts. You’ll need a Telephone Banking Passcode which can be obtained by completing an application form at any of our PFCs or by calling 13 25 85.
