Cable One Spam PatrolT quarantined an e-mail I want to always receive, how do I always allow this e-mail?
Go to http://myspam.cableone.net and log in. Then click on the Cable One Spam PatrolT icon. The screen displayed is your quarantined e-mail. Check the box next to the desired mail then click DELIVER. The next screen click the box ADD APPROVED then click CONTINUE. The e-mail is then delivered to your inbox and the e-mail address is an approved sender.
