Each kingdom may build one (and only one) Monument (although you can destroy your Monument and build another if you wish). Monuments are expensive to build, and take a long time to construct. You will not even be given the option to build a Monument until you reach level 3 (lowered from the original minimum of 5, but will later be increased to 8, so get it while you can). Some Monuments are available to all Hero classes, while others are restricted to one Hero class or type of class.
