.YesFlags also from Air Power may not be ignored.Q.I understand that Artillery in a bunker will only take a loss on the 2nd flag since the first is ignored and they can’t retreat from a bunker. But with a barrage, do they also take a hit on the 1st flag?A.YesQ.
