BT Access Manager is displaying the message ‘Another network is using the same wireless channel’. What does this mean?
Wi-Fi networks are configured to use one of a limited number of channels or radio frequencies. When an attempt is made to connect to a Wi-Fi network, BT Access Manager warns you if there are multiple networks using the same Wi-Fi channel. You may experience degraded performance or have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network from you current location. BT recommends that moving to another location may improve your connection’s performance.
