Brushing teeth first thing in the Morning?

“Teeth should … be brushed in the morning, either before or after breakfast, depending on your schedule. After breakfast is ideal so food particles are removed” (Colgate).

It is said that you should brush your teeth after each meal. It not only removes the food particles but also does not allow the plaques to set on your teeth.

Its recommended to brush your teeth before\after the three major meals- there no big difference . I think it’s a matter of point of view and habits (which will be to difficult to change now). I prefer to brush my teeth first thing in the morning.
