Broken and Return items?
Before returning items please email us at: sales@VogueAccents.com We will need your customer number and your order number as a reference. You have 10 days from the shipping date to return Wrong or Broken items. If you need to return something sold by Vogue Accents, must be mail to us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-(305)969-0474. Please be sure to carefully package all returned items so they arrive in the same condition they were sent. Please note that Shipping Charges are NOT refundable. Damages or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery. Any item that is not in its original condition. To return items please include the following information with the items: A copy of the invoice with the amount of returns for each item Authorization number Please ship to the following address: Vogue Accent
