Brand wise, should I consider a Goodman vs. Coleman gas furnace?

If Goodman I will be getting 2 stage, 95% efficiency, 70,000 BTU. If Coleman I will be getting a variable speed, above 95% efficiency, 80,000 BTU. For 1950 SF, I was told 70,000 BTU would work, but the Coleman comes with 80,000 BTU, I am not sure if this larger size unit will waste more energy compare with the Goodman’s 70,000 BTU. Also, downstairs is typically cold in winter. I wonder if I should add an additional vent into the unit, or re-position the ‘cold air return’ from the ceiling to a lower area on a wall close to a door that leads to the garage where the gas furnace is nearby. This will cause noisy but I am not sure how bad the noisy will be. If anyone has some thoughts on these, please share with me. Thank you in advance.
