Some sellers reply, some don’t. Me, I send the deliver confirmation number to my buyers as soon as I drop it at the post office. What type of shipping was it? If was Priority, I would wait 10 days, on Parcel Post give it 14. If you have no package, that is when you file your initial dispute via Paypal. You have 20 days after that to escalate it higher. The initial notice will get your seller’s attention and hopefully a response. You have a total of 45 days to file and escalate your dispute from the date you paid. Right now is way to early to worry. Give it time and remember, feedback is the LAST think you need to think about. Congrats on your auction win.

There is no specified criteria to comment. However common sense is initiated. Don’t wait for ever, but wait until you have recieved the product(s) and they are all in the specified condition as stated, then leave a comment. Ebay has recently announced that you can no longer leave written commnets on a persons service, however Ebay sers are organising a May 1st revolt against this decision.
