BOOKING PROCESS Q. How do I book – and what happens next?
Simply complete our online or postal booking form or give us a call on 0844 873 0778 where you can speak to a real person. At the time of booking a deposit of £50 per person for UK tours and £100 per person for all other tours will be required. Payments by debit card incur no charge but credit card payments for deposits and balances will incur a 1.5% charge. You must pay for your holiday at least 8 weeks (4 weeks for UK tours) before departure. Please note that no reminder for balance payments is sent to you and balance payments are not receipted unless requested. If you book your holiday within eight weeks of departure, full payment is required at time of booking. Final joining instructions and documentation will be despacted approximately 10 days before travel.
