Sadly, there is no hi-res mode in Gran Turismo 2. The end credits for the Simulation Mode is won by beating the GT World League race. The Arcade Credits are gotten by first opening up all the arcade tracks by winning all the licenses on the Simulation Mode Disc, and then by winning each track on the highest difficulty setting. I have been trying to win the Ford GT90 for the past two days on the Seattle Circuit Endurance Race, but every time I win I end up with the Escort Rally Car. Could you please tell me which car you used to win the GT90? Actually, this answer covers every race where cars are awarded randomly: there is no way to guarantee you’ll win a certain car in any race. I’ve had exactly the same letters from people who just keep getting the GT90 and don’t get the Rally Car. I couldn’t win the BP Trueno in the GT300 race for the longest time — instead I kept winning Weds Celica after Weds Celica. My friend, on the other hand, has yet to see the Weds Celica.
