• Ensure that its volume is not set to minimum and not muted on your device. • If you use a Bluetooth transmitter or a computer with built-in Bluetooth, manually set the audio output to Inspire S2 in (Start > Settings > Control Panel > double-click Sound and Audio Devices icon > Audio Tab) of your computer. • Reduce the distance between BT-D1 and Inspire S2 Wireless.
