BlogSkins does not recognize my newly-added blog. What gives?

Even after performing a refresh, BlogSkins does not recognize some newly-added Blogger weblogs. I don’t know why. Sometimes, adding a few posts to that weblog and then refreshing again will work. Sometimes just waiting a while will work. Unfortunately, the problem is not on my end, so there’s not really anything I can do about it.
