17. BLACOH The gauge has probably been damaged by momentary system over-pressurization. Check for a quick closing valve in the system which when closed can cause a pressure spike in excess of the maximum gauge pressure rating. CAUTION: Make sure all pressure is released from the dampener before disassembly of the unit.
