Yes it is ! Kmehr-Bis is not responsible for the message management. Kmehr-Bis defines the structure for the exchange of medical information. This includes the identification of the sender, the recipients, required acknowledgment or urgency for delivery. It is the responsibility of certified IT systems to ensure that the specification for the distribution of the message are effectively implemented. This could be a key role for the S3 project.
